About the Role Khalid Ali Alturki & Sons Company (Alturki Holding) is seeking a Musanadah - HVAC Technician . This full-time role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across client facilities, ensuring comfortable, energy-efficient, and compliant indoor conditions as part of Musanadah’s integrated Facilities Management (FM) services. The position requires 2-5 years of experience. Key Responsibilities Perform planned preventive maintenance on various HVAC equipment, including chillers, Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), package units, split units, and VRF/VRV systems. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration faults, such as compressor, motor, control, and refrigerant leak issues, to minimize system downtime. Execute refrigerant recovery and charging, coil and filter cleaning, and verify pressures, temperatures, and airflow to maintain system efficiency. Maintain associated components including pumps, cooling towers, exhaust fans, dampers, and Building Management System (BMS)-linked controls and sensors. Respond to work orders within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and accurately log activities, readings, and defects in the Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system, adhering to permit-to-work and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures. Qualifications and Experience A Diploma or technical certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or Mechanical Technology is required. A minimum of 2 years of hands-on HVAC maintenance experience is essential, with a preference for experience in facilities management, commercial buildings, or industrial facilities. Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) accreditation as an HVAC technician is mandatory. Required Skills Strong troubleshooting capabilities. Demonstrated safety awareness. Ability to work independently. Flexibility to work on shift or call-out rotas. Work Type This is a full-time position.
