About the Role Thermo Fisher Scientific, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Manager - Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division to join its team. This full-time role involves supporting sales growth and ensuring customer success for advanced analytical and scientific instruments. The Commercial Manager will contribute to the company's mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer by providing scientific instrument solutions. Role Overview The Commercial Manager will work with customers to facilitate informed decisions in research, quality control, and process improvement. This position requires close collaboration with channel partners, developing and expanding customer relationships, and representing the company's portfolio of instruments, consumables, and services across various analytical markets. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with channel partners in Saudi Arabia to drive growth and support customer success. Identify and prioritize new opportunities, developing strategies for solution implementation and growth. Lead and cultivate account relationships to expand and renew business across the full Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division portfolio, including analytical instruments, consumables, and services. Provide product assistance, consultation, and problem-solving support to customers. Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close orders with channel partners, end-users, and purchasing departments. Support all procurement processes. Required Experience and Skills Manage account penetration and share of wallet, aiming for organic growth and deeper engagement with primary products. Provide leadership for the Saudi market, developing sales strategies to meet plans and expand business within the assigned territory. Maintain a pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed all sales objectives. Utilize Thermo Fisher Scientific's sales tools to accurately and timely manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines, and forecasts. Qualifications Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience to effectively manage the responsibilities of this role.
