Assistant nurse caregiver seeking for a job

CAREGIVER DUTIES 1. Personal Care - Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting - Help with mobility and transferring from bed to wheelchair - Monitor hygiene and incontinence care 2. Daily Living Support - Prepare meals and assist with feeding, follow special diets - Light housekeeping, laundry and bed making - Grocery shopping and errands - Help with medication reminders 3. Health Monitoring - Check vital signs and blood sugar when required - Observe and record changes in health, behavior and mood - Report to family, nurse or doctor - Maintain daily care log 4. Companionship and Emotional Support - Provide companionship, conversation and activities - Accompany to doctor appointments - Assist with exercise, walks and physiotherapy - Ensure safety and prevent falls 5. Professional Conduct - Respect privacy, dignity and confidentiality - Follow care plan strictly - Maintain punctuality, honesty and compassion - Follow emergency procedures and first aid
