This full-time role involves maintaining the physical safety and functionality of hotel properties, ensuring a positive experience for guests and team members. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. Role Overview The Technical Supervisor Engineer is responsible for the upkeep of hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house operations. This role is central to ensuring that all aspects of the property are functional and safe, contributing directly to guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Maintain hotel facilities to ensure the physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas. Respond promptly to service requests from guests and work orders from team members. Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including repairs and upkeep across areas such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry. Conduct preventive maintenance inspections regularly to identify and address potential issues with facilities and equipment. Document all completed inspections and repairs, and flag any issues that require further attention or follow-up. Experience and Qualifications A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a technical supervision or maintenance engineering role. Demonstrated ability to perform diverse maintenance tasks across various trades. Experience in conducting preventive maintenance and documenting activities.
