General Experience: Full ability to manage the kitchen and supervise the preparation of other items (whether popular food, grills, or main dishes upon request). Management and Organization: Ability to manage time with high efficiency, ensure strict compliance with hygiene and food safety standards, and manage inventory and ingredients.
