- Verify patient eligibility and insurance coverage - Opening and updating insurance patient files and ensuring the accuracy of the data - Follow up on pending approvals and complete deficiencies and required attachments - Dealing with insurance companies’ platforms and systems - Coordinating with doctors, receptionists, and relevant departments regarding insurance approvals - Follow up on cases of acceptance, rejection, and re-applications when needed - Ensure that the services provided comply with the approvals issued - Maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of patient and insurance data Requirements: At least one year of experience in medical insurance is a prerequisite He has previously worked in a hospital, complex or health facility Good knowledge of insurance approvals and coverage procedures Proficiency in dealing with insurance company platforms and systems Available for: Saudi OR Residence
