About the Role Penspen is seeking a Lead Civil/Structural Engineer (Onshore/Offshore) to join their team in Al Khafji, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for an experienced professional with over 10 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will play a key role within either the Core Engineering Team or a PMS project team environment. Role Overview The Lead Civil/Structural Engineer will be responsible for overseeing civil personnel, potentially including Engineer/Senior grade onshore/offshore staff. This involves controlling and managing their activities, as well as delegating tasks to support personnel to ensure project objectives are met. Key Responsibilities Provide support and confirm adherence to design basis and main civil requirements. Ensure compliance with specifications for site grading, drainage systems, main equipment, tank foundations, and pipe racks. Qualifications and Requirements A minimum of 10 years of experience in civil/structural engineering. Strong experience in both structural steel and concrete design. Specific knowledge in dynamic foundation design is required. Work Environment This full-time position is based in Al Khafji, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. The role may involve working within a core engineering team or a project management services (PMS) project team, with potential responsibility for supervising other civil personnel.
