About the Role Hilton is seeking an Assistant Training Manager (Pre-opening) to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing training initiatives for hotel team members, focusing on delivering memorable guest experiences and upholding hospitality standards. Key Responsibilities Design, plan, and deliver hotel training programs in alignment with corporate goals and industry standards. These programs include topics such as harassment-free workplace, diversity, new team member orientation, leadership, and service. Conduct meetings with department managers, trainers, and team members to review performance trends, develop action plans, and recognize achievements. Assess existing training initiatives, identify opportunities for enhancement, and recommend solutions to address specific department needs. Track, maintain, and audit individual team member training records using designated systems and tools. Manage and monitor department-specific training programs, including alcohol awareness, food safety, job skills checklists, and educational assistance. Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications and Requirements 5-10 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated passion for hospitality. Ability to act with integrity and uphold ethical standards. Leadership capabilities to inspire and guide others. Commitment to teamwork for optimal outcomes.
