About the Role: Execution Planner - Home Care Unilever is seeking an Execution Planner - Home Care to manage Home Care Business Unit (BUL) production planning. This full-time role focuses on driving cross-functional synchronization within the supply chain and ensuring the future readiness of the supply network. The successful candidate will be part of a team committed to impactful work. Role Purpose and Context The primary purpose of this role is to ensure product availability at the right place and time, while optimizing inventory and cost levels. This involves balancing demand, supply, capacity, and business priorities. The Execution Planner will address short- and mid-term supply challenges to maintain consistent service from the Business Unit, utilizing continuous improvement and digital solutions to enhance business delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead all Business Unit (BUL) production planning operations. Act as a liaison between the BUL and business organizations to ensure reliable and agile service. Prioritize service and customer needs to ensure consistent product availability. Collaborate with Shipment Planners on direct shipment execution and realization from the BUL to markets. Define inventory and distribution policy guidelines and targets, and ensure accurate future visibility through forecasting. Participate in Demand-Supply Review meetings, communicating risks and mitigation strategies. Manage inventory health, monitoring and preventing waste across Finished Goods, Packing, and Raw materials. Manage crises related to product availability, quality issues, and microbiological concerns. Serve as the point of contact for innovations and strategic planning initiatives. Qualifications and Experience 1-2 year of relevant experience. Demonstrated ability in collaboration, negotiation, and trade-off analysis. Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies and digital solutions.
