Company: Al Shifa Pharma Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-time About the Role Al Shifa Pharma is seeking a knowledgeable, confident, and customer-focused Female Beauty Advisor to join our team. The role combines skincare consultations, skin analysis using our in-store skin-testing device, personalised product recommendations, and sales of skincare, cosmetics, and food supplements. The ideal candidate should understand skincare ingredients, common skin concerns, and product selection, and be capable of delivering a professional consultation that builds customer trust and drives sales. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and understand their skincare concerns, preferences, and needs. Conduct skin assessments using the company's skin-analysis device, following the manufacturer's instructions and training. Explain test results clearly and recommend suitable skincare products within the device's capabilities. Develop personalised skincare routines using appropriate cleansers, serums, moisturisers, sunscreens, and other relevant products. Demonstrate knowledge of skincare ingredients, product compatibility, usage instructions, and precautions. Provide accurate information about food supplements and their intended uses without making unsupported medical claims. Recommend complementary products when appropriate and convert consultations into sales. Work toward sales targets and customer satisfaction objectives. Maintain the skin-testing room, device, consultation area, and product displays in excellent condition. Maintain customer consultation records and follow up on customer feedback in accordance with company procedures and privacy requirements. Stay updated on skincare trends, new products, ingredients, and relevant product training. Support promotional activities, social media content, and product demonstrations when required. Requirements Female candidate with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of skincare products, active ingredients, and skincare routines. Genuine interest in beauty, cosmetics, and skincare consultation. Previous experience in beauty retail, skincare consultation, cosmetics, or pharmacy sales is preferred. Ability to learn and operate skin-analysis equipment. Strong customer service and sales skills. Fluent in English; Arabic and additional languages are an advantage. Professional appearance, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented approach. Preferred Qualifications Certification or training in beauty therapy, cosmetology, skincare, or a related field. Experience using skin-analysis devices and interpreting their reports within their intended scope. Knowledge of Korean skincare brands and international cosmetics. Experience in skincare consultations, customer retention, and retail sales.
