Key Responsibilities -Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and build lasting relationships with our gaming community. -Provide expert advice on gaming PCs, consoles, accessories, collectibles, and game titles based on individual customer preferences and budget. -Drive individual and store sales targets by recommending complementary products, protection plans, pre-orders, and membership programs. -Keep product displays neat, organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing in line with store standards. -Handle cash transactions, process trade-ins or returns accurately, and assist with inventory counts and restocking. What We’re Looking For Sales/Retail Experience: 1+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred (gaming or consumer electronics background is a major plus!). Gaming & Tech Savvy: Strong knowledge of current gaming platforms (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, PC hardware), popular titles, and gaming peripherals. Communication Skills: Energetic, outgoing, and articulate with an ability to connect with diverse customers—from casual players to competitive gamers. Team Player: Punctual, reliable, and excited to collaborate in a high-energy environment. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and key product launch days. Job Location: Our showroom is on 23rd July Street, You have the option to work full time (Morning and Evening Shift) or Part time (Evening Shift from 5-10 PM)
