Role Overview The Receptionist is responsible for managing guest interactions at the front desk, including check-in and check-out processes. This position involves providing information about hotel services and local attractions, promoting amenities, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly. The role requires a focus on operational efficiency and guest service. Key Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and manage the check-in process, including verifying details, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and providing welcome materials or bell service assistance. Process guest departures by verifying charges, handling payments, issuing receipts, and accurately using the point-of-sale system. Provide comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions, and local area information to assist with guest inquiries. Utilize up-selling techniques to recommend hotel amenities and maximize room and service revenue. Respond to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and effectively manage messages and communications. Work Type and Location This is a full-time position based in Makkah .
