About the Role Nestlé is seeking an Area Sales Executive for the Northeast region. This full-time position focuses on Grocery Sales within Nestlé's business unit, requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role involves managing customer plans and ensuring effective sales operations in the assigned area. Key Responsibilities Achieve the customer plan for assigned accounts within the Northeast region. Conduct daily follow-up on sales figures against established sales targets. Track sell-in and sell-out performance with partners. Perform regular store visits according to the route plan to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies. Provide timely solutions for in-field operational problems encountered during store visits. Verify First-In & First-Out (FIFO) implementation at the store level. Ensure merchandisers regularly implement FIFO to prevent aging problems with products. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in any related field. Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in local distributor management. Demonstrated experience in FMCG Sales is essential. Solid experience in managing distributors or direct accounts. Ability to work effectively in the assigned Northeast region. Possession of a valid driving license is required. Work Environment This is a full-time position based in the Northeast region, focusing on field sales operations within the grocery sector.
