About the Role Jobstronaut is seeking a Sales Manager HVAC / BMS / ELV / Electrical to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, individual contributor role focused on implementing sales strategies, achieving targets, and managing customer relationships to drive business growth and satisfaction. The Sales Manager will report directly to the Managing Director. Key Responsibilities Implement sales strategies and achieve annual bidding and sales targets, ensuring volume and gross margin align with acceptable limits. Follow and implement sales team Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provide feedback for improvements. Cover the market area through client visits and as instructed. Develop business plans for new market segments and assess their feasibility as directed by top management. Cultivate business relationships with end-users and major contractors as special assignments from top management. Utilize market connections and business networks to develop and implement sales strategies for projects, maintaining an accurate project pursuit list. Manage customer interfaces professionally across all phases: pre-sales, sales, and post-sales. Conduct daily visits to customer premises, project sites, and engineering consultants to ensure fulfillment of internal and external commitments and customer requirements. Experience Required Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in sales within the HVAC, BMS, ELV, or Electrical sectors. Reporting Structure This role is an Individual Contributor position and reports directly to the Managing Director.
