About the Role United Motors Group is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to join their team in Dammam. This full-time role is essential for supporting service advisors by managing vehicle check-in inspections and movements, allowing advisors to focus on customer interactions. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. Role Purpose The primary purpose of the Delivery Coordinator is to ensure the efficient and organized handling of vehicles throughout the service process, from initial drop-off to preparation for delivery. This involves meticulous documentation and safe vehicle movement within the facility. Key Responsibilities Inspect and document the condition of vehicles at drop-off, including noting scratches, dents, mileage, and fuel level. Take required photographs and complete the vehicle check-in form accurately. Safely move vehicles between the reception area, workshop, wash bay, and parking areas. Organize parking spaces and maintain secure control of vehicle keys. Place protective covers on vehicles and assist with preparations for vehicle delivery. Report any damage or incidents involving vehicles immediately upon discovery. Qualifications and Requirements A valid driver's license and a demonstrated safe driving record are mandatory. Possess good attention to detail for accurate vehicle inspections and documentation. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with service teams. Basic computer or tablet skills are considered beneficial for this role. Experience Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of vehicle handling and coordination within a service environment. Work Environment This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the operations of United Motors Group. The role involves working closely with service advisors and workshop teams to ensure smooth vehicle flow and customer satisfaction.
