What is the Sahel app and what can I do with it in Kuwait?

Sahel is Kuwait's official government services app. Workers use it for many everyday tasks without going to an office. You can check and renew your Civil ID, check your residency (iqama) details, pay government fees and fines, update your address, and access other services. Download it from the official app store and sign in with your Civil ID details. Using Sahel saves queuing at PACI or ministry offices. Keep your phone number registered to yourself so you can receive the verification codes. If a service is not available in the app, you may still need to visit the office in person, but always check Sahel first because it is faster for routine tasks.
