Required: Operations Manager for a Sweets and Bakery Shop Tasks and Responsibilities: • Managing the shop, showroom, display counter, internal kitchen, and daily production. • Supervising chefs, bakers, and sales staff, and organizing work schedules. • Monitoring sales, inventory, and raw materials, and reducing waste and damage. • Ensuring product quality, customer service, and the application of food safety requirements. Requirements: • Previous experience in managing and operating sweets, bakery, and pastry shops. • Experience in managing the display counter, showroom, and internal kitchen. • Team leadership, production planning, and sales management skills.
