Operating the SABIC Specialized Mental Health Hospital in Riyadh, SEH Healthcare functions under a Public-Private Partnership model with the Saudi Ministry of Health and the National Center for Privatization. The 150-bed facility, supported by SABIC, offers comprehensive services including mental health, addiction treatment, rehabilitation, outpatient care, and day-care across a 62,500 square meter campus with 19 outpatient clinics. SEH Healthcare aims to advance mental healthcare, improve patient outcomes, and contribute to the transformation of healthcare services in Saudi Arabia. The Role of Quality Specialist The Quality Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for supporting and monitoring quality standards across both clinical and non-clinical services within SEH Healthcare. The specialist will ensure compliance with internal policies, national regulations, and accreditation requirements, contributing to the organization's commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Perform quality audits and review processes and documentation. Ensure compliance with internal policies, national regulations, and accreditation requirements. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify improvement opportunities. Analyze data and implement corrective and preventive actions. Prepare quality reports and track key performance indicators. Participate in root cause analyses. Contribute to training and awareness initiatives related to quality and safety. Support the development and refinement of quality assurance frameworks. Work Environment This is an on-site, full-time role located in Saudi Arabia. The Quality Specialist will work within a collaborative environment, engaging with multidisciplinary teams to achieve quality objectives.
