About the Role GREENLAND GROUP is seeking a Team Leader to oversee production operations in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing manpower, ensuring efficient and safe production activities, and maintaining machine readiness. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities Set and monitor machines during standard production operations. Prepare the working area for new production runs, ensuring all machinery is operational. Provide assistance to machine operators in resolving operational and production-related issues. Report any machine failures, breakdowns, or operational problems immediately to the relevant supervisor or technical team. Monitor machine operators to ensure proper and efficient machine operation. Manage manpower allocation based on production requirements. Arrange and redistribute operators during breaks, meal times, and prayer times to maintain continuous production flow. Ensure all production activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in adherence to company procedures. Coordinate with operators and supervisors to minimize downtime and maintain smooth production processes. Required Experience 2-5 years of experience in a similar production leadership role. Key Machinery and Equipment The role involves working with the following types of machinery and equipment: Injection Molding Machines Hopper Dryers Industrial Robots Work Type and Location This is a full-time position based in Saudi Arabia .
