Role Overview As a Gardener at The Wana Desa Tanah Lot, located in Tanah, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of our outdoor spaces. This full-time role contributes to creating a tranquil atmosphere for guests from their arrival. The position involves upholding the aesthetic and horticultural standards that define the Dijiwa experience. Key Responsibilities Maintain and enhance outdoor spaces to meet Dijiwa Sanctuaries' standards. Ensure manicured lawns, thriving tropical plants, and serene garden pathways. Contribute to the overall guest experience through garden aesthetics. Collaborate with the Engineering team and other departments to ensure property presentation. Qualifications and Experience 0-1 years of experience in gardening or horticulture. Demonstrated pride in craft and attention to detail. Passion for horticulture and a keen eye for aesthetics. Work Environment and Collaboration This role operates within a collaborative environment where guest satisfaction is a central focus. The Gardener will work closely with various departments to ensure that all outdoor areas reflect the warmth and authenticity characteristic of Dijiwa Sanctuaries.
