Female Accommodation Supervisor Required – Al Khuwair, Muscat We announce the availability of a job vacancy for the position of Female Accommodation Supervisor to supervise and manage (4) female employee accommodations in the Al Khuwair area – Muscat. Job Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Daily and direct supervision of the four accommodations and monitoring their work flow. 2. Following up on residents' affairs and ensuring their commitment to the accommodation's rules and regulations. 3. Organizing entry and exit procedures for residents and tracking their data. 4. Ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the accommodations and maintaining shared facilities. 5. Following up on periodic maintenance work, reporting breakdowns, and working to fix them. 6. Handling residents' complaints and feedback and finding appropriate solutions. 7. Resolving problems and disputes between residents in a professional and wise manner. 8. Following up on the needs of the accommodation and providing necessary supplies. 9. Conducting periodic inspection visits to all accommodations and ensuring their safety. 10. Monitoring compliance with security and safety procedures and preserving accommodation property. 11. Coordinating with management and submitting periodic reports on the status of accommodations and any notes or updates. 12. Handling emergency situations and crises and taking appropriate action when needed. 13. Ensuring compliance with quietness and order and maintaining a suitable residential environment for everyone. 14. Following up and collecting monthly rents from residents, ensuring commitment to payment dates, documenting payments, and submitting collection reports to management. Terms and Requirements: * Previous experience in managing and supervising accommodations. * Experience in dealing with residents and managing their affairs. * Owning a private car and a valid driver's license. * Ability to deal with problems, disputes, and crises with wisdom and responsibility. * Leadership personality, organized, responsible, and able to handle work pressure. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Complete commitment and dedication to the job requirements. Job Information: Location: Al Khuwair – Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. Scope of work: Supervising 4 accommodations for female employees. Working hours: Full-time, with the need for constant presence, follow-up, and readiness to deal with emergency situations. Monthly salary: 200 Omani Rials, including accommodation.
