What the work is

Prepare and serve food according to recipes and quality standards. Follow correct portion sizes, cooking procedures, and presentation standards. Work on both the kitchen/service line and customer floor as required. Welcome customers, take orders, handle billing, and serve food. Prepare and pack food / cook orders correctly. Refill ingredients and keep stations ready during service. Follow food-safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards. Opening, closing, preparation, and cleaning duties. Work efficiently during busy periods and follow the In-Charge’s instructions.
