Yes. Since 2020 you no longer need a No-Objection Certificate (NOC) to change jobs. You must notify your current employer through the Ministry of Labour electronic system. The notice period is normally one month in your first two years and two months after that. Once approved, your new employer loads a new contract on the ADLSA system. Do not simply stop going to work.
