What are the summer midday work ban dates and hours in Qatar?

In summer you cannot be made to work outdoors in the middle of the day. The ban runs from 1 June to 15 September each year. During this period, outdoor work under the sun or in open places is banned between 10:00am and 3:30pm, under Ministerial Decision No. 17 of 2021. If your employer makes you work outside during these hours, report it to the Ministry of Labour on 16008 or the violation line 16505. Drink water and rest in shade. There are limited exceptions, such as some emergency and oil-and-gas work.
