We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician specializing in Wheel Alignment, Suspension, and Steering Systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in diagnosing faults and performing maintenance and repair work in accordance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Diagnose suspension and steering system faults using modern diagnostic equipment. Perform wheel alignment services and adjust wheel alignment angles to manufacturer specifications. Inspect, repair, and replace steering and suspension system components, including control arms, shock absorbers, air suspension components (where applicable), ball joints, tie rod ends, steering racks/gearboxes, suspension arms, bushings, and related components. Inspect wheel bearings, hubs, and other suspension components, replacing damaged parts as required. Check tire condition and air pressure and assess their impact on vehicle alignment and handling. Conduct road tests before and after repairs to ensure the quality of work performed. Operate wheel alignment machines and diagnostic equipment efficiently. Prepare reports detailing diagnosed faults, completed repairs, and required spare parts. Maintain a clean and organized work area while complying with health and safety regulations. Qualifications & Experience Diploma in Automotive Mechanics or an equivalent qualification. Exceptional practical experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. Minimum of 3 years of experience in wheel alignment and suspension repair. Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing steering and suspension systems for various vehicle makes and models. Proficiency in using modern wheel alignment equipment. Good knowledge of automotive spare parts and steering and suspension systems. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and perform well under pressure. Experience working with Japanese, Korean, European, and American vehicles. Valid driver's license. Prepare reports on faults, completed repairs, and required spare parts. Maintain the cleanliness of the workplace and adhere to occupational safety procedures. Qualifications and Experience: Diploma in automotive mechanics or equivalent, and outstanding practical experience may be accepted. No less than 3 years of experience in wheel alignment and suspension work. Experience in diagnosing and repairing suspension and steering systems for various types of cars. Ability to use modern car alignment devices. Good knowledge of spare parts, suspension, and steering systems. Ability to work within a team and handle work pressure. Experience with Japanese, Korean, European, and American cars - valid driver's license.
