As a member of the cross-functional, multinational OCC team, the Flight Dispatcher provides operational and technical support to the Manager OCC and Flight Dispatch Controllers in pre-mission preparation, flight planning, operational coordination, and, when required, flight following. The role applies advanced flight dispatch knowledge and experience to support the safe, efficient, compliant, and customer-focused execution of VVIP operations. The Flight Dispatcher Ensures Performing The Following Tasks Provide operational and technical support to the Manager OCC and Flight Dispatch Controllers in the preparation and execution of flight operations. Prepare, review, and validate flight planning activities to ensure regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and mission readiness. Perform and support pre-flight preparation, operational documentation and flight following activities when assigned, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely operational support. Maintain accurate operational documentation and ensure the effective use and timely update of approved Flight Dispatch and OCC systems. Coordinate with relevant internal departments, flight crews, authorities, and approved external service providers to support safe and efficient mission execution. Skills, Qualification & Experience Diploma / Vocational qualification preferably in Aviation OR High School. Possession of Aircraft Flight Dispatcher License/ Certificate issued by a regulatory authority or an approved institution OR Relevant Aviation experience. Minimum five (5) years’ experience in Aviation, of which at least three (3) years in an Ad-hoc Flight Operation environment (Similar experience in Rotor aircraft operation can also be considered).
