About the Role Progressive Global Energy Limited is seeking an experienced Directional Driller to support onshore and offshore drilling operations. This full-time role involves planning, executing, and optimizing directional drilling programs while maintaining safe and efficient well delivery. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute directional drilling programs. Optimize drilling operations for efficiency and safety. Monitor well trajectory and perform survey management. Maintain drilling parameters according to operational requirements. Ensure safe and efficient well delivery throughout operations. Required Qualifications and Experience Proven experience as a Directional Driller in oil & gas drilling operations. 5-10 years of experience in the field. Strong hands-on experience with Mud Motors and directional drilling tools. Previous experience with Gas Projects is essential. Experience working in Saudi Arabia (KSA) is highly preferred. Skills and Knowledge Ability to monitor well trajectory and perform survey management. Strong understanding of drilling mechanics and wellbore positioning. Knowledge of downhole tool performance. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Certifications Relevant industry certifications and training are preferred. Work Type This is a full-time position.
