The required experience for this position ranges from 2 to 5 years, and it is a full-time role with a salary ranging between 3,750 and 5,625 Saudi Riyals. Purpose of the job The customs clearance broker is responsible for ensuring compliance with customs requirements and local and international laws. This role contributes to improving the efficiency of commercial operations and requires high accuracy and a deep understanding of customs regulations. Tasks and responsibilities Preparing and submitting the required customs documents to ensure smooth passage of goods across borders. Communicating with government agencies and customs authorities to coordinate customs clearance processes. Reviewing and auditing invoices and commercial data to ensure their compliance with legal requirements. Providing advice to clients regarding customs clearance requirements. Following up on local and international customs laws and regulations to ensure the company's compliance with them. Developing strategies to improve the efficiency of customs clearance operations. Training and guiding new employees in customs clearance processes. Preparing periodic reports on the performance of customs clearance operations. Cooperating with shipping and distribution teams to ensure customs operations are synchronized with the shipping schedule. Qualifications and experience Experience ranging from 2 to 5 years in the field of customs clearance or a related field. Deep understanding of local and international customs procedures and regulations. Ability to prepare and submit customs documents accurately.
