About the Role Caliberly is seeking an experienced Investor Relations Manager to join their team in Dammam. This is a full-time position focused on developing and managing the investor relations function. The role requires strong expertise in capital markets and engagement with institutional investors, particularly within a newly established function. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage the investor relations function from its inception. Engage effectively with institutional investors. Work closely with senior leadership to align investor relations strategies. Qualifications and Experience A minimum of 10 years of experience in Investor Relations and Capital Markets. Prior experience within the Oil & Gas sector is preferred. Previous exposure to IPO preparation is highly advantageous. Experience with Tadawul-listed companies is beneficial. Familiarity with CMA regulations is a strong asset. Demonstrated ability to establish and manage an investor relations function.
