Key Responsibilities Enter and update data across various databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems. Verify the accuracy and completeness of all data prior to entry. Maintain strict data confidentiality and adhere to all company policies. Retrieve and review data for the preparation of reports, audits, and internal use. Perform regular data backups to ensure preservation and integrity. Maintain organized records and files for easy access and retrieval. Respond to data-related inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the organization. Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications are considered a plus. Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles. Demonstrated fast and accurate typing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and familiarity with data entry software. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost integrity and confidentiality. Strong communication and effective time management skills. Work Environment This is a full-time position based in Al-Ahsa, KSA, working within a client's team.
