About the Role Saj Al Rakaya Company announces the availability of a job vacancy for the position of Technical Office Supervisor in Jeddah. This role requires experience ranging between two and five years, and is for full-time work within the company's team. Job Objective The Technical Office Supervisor in the wood factory aims to ensure the accuracy of workshop drawings and their compliance with technical specifications, in addition to effective coordination between different departments to ensure smooth operations from design to installation. The role includes resolving technical challenges and improving material utilization efficiency. Tasks and Responsibilities Review architectural and design drawings and technical specifications for projects. Prepare workshop and detailed drawings (Shop Drawings) for woodwork. Calculate quantities and prepare lists of materials and accessories required for each project. Prepare cutting and manufacturing lists for each project. Select appropriate materials and ensure their compliance with approved specifications. Convert approved drawings into clear manufacturing orders for the production department. Coordinate between design, production, purchasing, quality, and installation departments. Follow up on the approval of drawings, samples, and materials from the client or consultant. Resolve conflicts and technical problems before and during the manufacturing process. Follow up on production stages and ensure their compliance with approved drawings. Control modifications and issue the latest version of drawings to the production department. Prepare installation drawings and coordinate with the site team. Review final measurements on-site before starting manufacturing. Work on reducing waste and improving the consumption of sheets and materials. Prepare final handover files and update As-Built drawings. Qualifications and Experience Practical experience ranging between three and five years in the technical office field, preferably in wood factories or a related field. Good understanding of architectural and design drawings and technical specifications. Ability to prepare workshop and detailed drawings. Work Environment The Technical Office Supervisor works in Jeddah full-time within a dynamic work environment that requires continuous coordination with various departments to ensure the quality and efficiency of operations.
