Project & Operations Coordinator

What the work is

We are looking for a project and operations coordinator to join a marketing company in Abha. Their primary responsibility will be following up and executing client projects from the beginning of the order until delivery. Tasks include following up with printing presses and suppliers, supervising the production of prints, boxes, invitations, and advertising materials, searching for suitable suppliers and prices, ensuring materials, sizes, quantities, and quality of execution, coordinating photography and setup work when needed, and following up on receipt, delivery, and commitment to deadlines. We are looking for a field person who is organized, quick in follow-up and problem-solving, and good at negotiating and dealing with suppliers. Previous experience in printing presses, advertising, advertising production, or event setup is preferred, and having a car and a driver's license is considered an advantage. 📍 Work location: Abha.
