About the Role Agile Consultants is seeking an experienced Warehouse Storekeeper to manage daily warehouse operations for a client's manufacturing facility in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and focuses on maintaining efficient and accurate material flow within the warehouse. Role Overview The Warehouse Storekeeper will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse management, from material receipt to dispatch. This includes ensuring proper storage, handling, and inventory accuracy, as well as maintaining detailed records and adhering to safety standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in the smooth operation of the facility's material management processes. Key Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of materials. Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliations to maintain stock accuracy. Ensure proper storage and handling of materials in accordance with warehouse procedures. Follow warehouse safety standards and maintain an organized working environment. Update warehouse inventory records and transactions using SAP. Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and reports using Microsoft Office. Required Qualifications and Experience 2-5 years of experience in a warehouse storekeeper or similar role. Knowledge of warehouse receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch procedures. Experience conducting cycle counts and inventory reconciliation. Understanding of proper material storage, handling, and warehouse safety standards. Skills and Attributes Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using SAP for inventory management. Competency in using Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting. Work Environment This full-time position is based at a manufacturing facility in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active participation in daily warehouse operations, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
