About the Role Hilton is seeking a Cluster Sales Executive to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on securing new business opportunities and driving revenue across the hotel cluster. The Sales Executive will contribute to delivering guest experiences by expanding market share and building customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Generate new business leads by analyzing local market trends and competitor activity to identify revenue opportunities. Grow customer accounts through relationship building with existing clients and local travel to expand market share. Negotiate rates and prepare contracts for group and corporate bookings in alignment with pricing strategies. Support business growth by developing and leveraging creative marketing channels tailored to the local market. Collaborate with other hotel departments to develop guest experiences and comprehensive sales programs. Maintain detailed records of sales activity and provide timely updates to Sales leadership. Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally to support conversion and satisfaction. Required Experience 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
