The Role: Business Development Manager - DELL The Business Development Manager - DELL will contribute to accelerating business growth, strengthening partner engagement, and expanding DELL's market presence in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves collaboration with sales, marketing, vendor, and channel teams to drive revenue growth, identify new opportunities, and execute strategic initiatives. Success in this position requires strong business acumen, stakeholder management capabilities, and a results-driven mindset, along with the ability to lead projects and influence decisions within a dynamic technology ecosystem. The role requires 5-10 years of experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the DELL portfolio, increase market share, and achieve revenue objectives. Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners, resellers, system integrators, and key stakeholders across the Saudi market. Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing partner relationships. Collaborate with sales, presales, marketing, and vendor teams to drive go-to-market initiatives, enablement programs, and pipeline growth. Lead business reviews, analyze market trends, track performance metrics, and recommend actions that improve business outcomes and partner success. Manage vendor engagement and influence stakeholders to align business priorities, investment plans, and growth initiatives. Support strategic projects and mentor less experienced team members, contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement. Qualifications and Requirements Proven experience in business development, channel sales, account management, or vendor management within the IT industry. Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions, channel ecosystems, and partner-led go-to-market strategies. A track record of driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships, and delivering measurable business results. Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and influencing decisions across cross-functional teams. Strong analytical capabilities, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
