What the work is

Narjis Company announces its need for a Cafe Manager with good experience to manage a cafe branch. Tasks and responsibilities: Managing the daily operation of the branch from opening to closing Supervising employees, distributing shifts, following up on their performance and training them Dealing with employees in a leadership manner that maintains discipline and team spirit Ensuring product quality and service level as befits the hotel environment Following up on inventory and orders, and controlling waste and costs Following up on sales and submitting periodic reports to management Dealing with customer feedback and complaints and resolving them professionally Adherence to hygiene, safety, and municipal standards and requirements Conditions: Saudi nationality, or a resident born in the Kingdom with a valid residency Good experience of not less than two years in managing a cafe or supervising a branch High ability to lead a team and deal with employees Completely free for work Has a private car Good communication skills and a decent appearance Preferably someone with knowledge of point of sale systems such as Foodics Job Details: Work hours: 9 hours per day Leave: One day per week Work type: Full time Work location: Jeddah – Al Corniche
