About the Role Hilton is seeking a Technical Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is essential for maintaining the physical safety and operational functionality of the hotel property. The Technical Supervisor contributes to guest satisfaction by ensuring all facilities are well-maintained. Key Responsibilities Ensure the physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas. Respond promptly to guest calls and team member work orders. Perform a variety of maintenance tasks across multiple disciplines, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry. Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address potential issues. Document all completed inspections and repairs, and flag any issues requiring further attention.
