Basic Requirements: Qualification: Holds a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture. Technical and Office Skills: Proficient ability to draw and prepare working drawings (Working Drawings) and floor plans. Field Skills: Willingness and ability to go to the field and supervise the implementation of works at sites and follow up with contractors and existing villas/projects. Engineering Programs: Proficiency in using engineering design, 3D rendering, and drafting programs (such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Revit).
