Civil Engineer – Real Estate Development Projects The company announces its need for a Civil Engineer who has practical experience in real estate development projects, has previously worked on off-plan sales projects , and is highly competent in technical supervision, quantity surveying, preparing schedules, and proficient in using specialized engineering programs, with the ability to do field follow-up and direct coordination with contractors and consultants. Job Duties: Supervision and technical and field follow-up of real estate development projects. Accurate quantity surveying and preparation of bills of quantities, extracts, and technical reports. Preparing project schedules and following up on completion rates according to approved plans. Following up on the execution of works according to the approved engineering plans and technical specifications. Direct coordination with contractors and consultants, following up on the progress of work, and addressing technical notes. Following up on field work and coordinating with contractors and consultants regarding technical labor and craftsmen on site, and verifying their competence and the quality of executed works. Searching and coordinating to provide specialized technical labor and craftsmen according to project needs and execution requirements. Reviewing engineering plans and detecting conflicts and technical notes. Following up on the quality of execution and ensuring compliance with requirements and specifications. Preparing periodic reports on work progress, time deviations, and costs. Following up on project requirements related to off-plan sales and coordinating with relevant authorities. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Previous practical experience in real estate development and residential building projects. Has previously worked on off-plan sales projects. Proficiency in schedule preparation and management programs, especially Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project . Proficiency in quantity surveying and engineering drawing programs, such as AutoCAD, Excel and related software. Experience in preparing bills of quantities (BOQ) and reviewing extracts. Familiarity with the stages of executing construction projects and finishes. Ability to manage field follow-up and deal directly with contractors and technical labor. Valid driving license. Readiness to travel and make continuous field visits. Required Skills: High accuracy in quantity surveying and cost analysis. Efficiency in time planning and monitoring project progress. Strong ability in field supervision and quality control. Skill in coordinating with contractors, consultants, and technical labor. Ability to evaluate the quality of works and address field notes. High organizational and administrative skills. Skills in preparing technical and administrative reports. Taking responsibility and working under pressure. Commitment and professional discipline. Priority will be given to candidates who have actual experience in real estate development and off-plan sales projects, with competence in time planning, quantity surveying, and field follow-up.
