What the work is

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our dynamic team and craft exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of coffee beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing outstanding customer service with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and espresso-based drinks according to established recipes and quality standards. * Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations to enhance their experience. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and customer seating areas. * Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies, and communicate restocking needs. * Ensure adherence to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
