Job Description – MEP Project Coordinator Position: MEP Project Coordinator Location: Oman Salary: OMR 550–600 per month Qualification: B. E. / B. Tech Experience: 7–8 years in the construction field Benefits: Food & Accommodation provided by the company Job Summary We are looking for an experienced MEP Project Coordinator to coordinate and manage MEP activities across construction projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of MEP systems, project coordination, site execution, and communication with various project teams. Key Responsibilities Coordinate all MEP activities with civil, architectural, and other project teams. Review MEP drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors. Monitor MEP works to ensure they are completed according to approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and other MEP systems. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of MEP activities. Identify and resolve site coordination issues and technical conflicts. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Review material requirements and coordinate with procurement teams. Prepare and maintain project reports, schedules, and relevant documentation. Attend project meetings and provide updates on MEP progress. Ensure MEP installations comply with project specifications and applicable standards. Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
