The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the team, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving business and financial objectives. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daily operations of the automotive service center. Supervise tire sales and installation services, wheel balancing, wheel alignment, and quick maintenance services. Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance and productivity of the service center team. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high standards of service quality. Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control. Prepare operational reports and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Drive sales growth, increase revenue, and improve profitability. Ensure compliance with quality standards, health, and safety procedures. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing automotive service centers or tire service operations. Proven experience in operations management, sales, inventory management, and customer service. Strong leadership, managerial, and computer skills. Experience in the local market, with proficiency in both Arabic and English .
