The Role of Outdoor Facilitator / Trainer Aathar Holding Company is seeking an experienced Outward Bound-certified facilitator to join its team in Makkah, specifically in Jeddah or Makkah cities. This full-time role involves contributing to the delivery of high-impact outdoor experiential learning programs. The position is suited for a professional with strong field experience, leadership capabilities, and a focus on outdoor education and facilitator development. A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience is required. Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate outdoor experiential learning programs and field activities. Supervise, coach, and develop other facilitators. Support the recruitment and selection process for new freelance facilitators. Train, assess, and support facilitators through the accreditation process. Lead diverse participant groups while maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism, and participant experience. Contribute to the planning, coordination, and delivery of field programs across Saudi Arabia. Required Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree or higher. Valid or recognized Outward Bound certification/accreditation. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Proven experience facilitating at least 100 diverse groups through Outward Bound field programs. Professional references from previous Outward Bound managers or supervisors are required. Essential Skills and Attributes Strong leadership, coaching, and team-management skills. High professional and ethical standards. Ability to work collaboratively and perform effectively under pressure. Good computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office. Flexibility and willingness to travel and stay on-site during field programs. Work Environment This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with primary locations in Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires flexibility for travel and on-site stays during field programs conducted across Saudi Arabia.
