What the work is

We are looking for a motivated professional with experience in Strategic Planning, KPIs, KRIs, Performance Management, and Project Management to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Support strategic planning and performance management initiatives. Develop, monitor, and analyze KPIs and KRIs. Support project planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting. Track project milestones, risks, issues, and action plans. Prepare performance dashboards, reports, and presentations. Analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project and performance objectives. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of relevant experience in strategy, performance management, project management, or management consulting. Practical experience in KPI/KRI development, monitoring, and reporting. Good understanding of strategic planning and project management. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
