Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at project sites. Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to the project schedule. Read and interpret civil drawings, plans, and technical specifications. Manage and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and site activities. Ensure construction work meets quality standards and approved specifications. Monitor the use of construction materials, tools, and equipment. Ensure compliance with HSE rules and site safety procedures. Prepare daily progress reports, manpower reports, and material requirements. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and other site teams. Identify site issues and report delays or technical problems to management. Inspect completed works and ensure proper housekeeping at the site. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Previous experience as a Civil Site Supervisor in construction projects. Ability to read civil drawings and understand construction methods. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of construction quality standards and HSE requirements. Ability to manage manpower and meet project deadlines. Valid Oman driving licence is an advantage.
