Property Details: 1BHK flat on the 1st floor with a separate entrance and separate washroom. Rent & Payment: SAR 650 per month, paid quarterly (SAR 1,950 every 3 months). Water and electricity are fully included with no extra charges. Amenities Included: Bed, geyser, washing machine, stove, small fridge, AC, All basic essentials are available. You just need to bring your bag and move in* Location & Accessibility: Near Mina Kubri / Mina Signal, Stop Nesto Mina, and F6 Bus Stop. All are within a 3 to 5-minute walk. If Two People of same Company Colleagues wants to join (Most Welcome): SAR 400 per person per month, payable quarterly (SAR 1,200 per person for 3 months).
