About the Role Tamer Group is seeking a QA Supervisor to join their team. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and involves overseeing quality assurance operations within the warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with established procedures and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Act as the Qualified Person and primary SFDA contact for the MDC warehouse, with backup responsibilities for FMT Controlled Drugs management. Ensure the implementation of approved quality procedures in daily warehouse operations within the assigned region. Support the review and proper implementation of quality contracts with vendors and clients. Monitor and manage complaints, ensuring timely investigation and effective resolution to prevent recurrence. Oversee the management of deviations, including thorough investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Implement and monitor Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans, ensuring timely closure and effectiveness. Ensure proper management of recall requests from the SFDA and suppliers, including timely execution and documentation. Conduct regular inspections of warehouses to verify compliance with quality standards and operational procedures. Assist in reviewing and updating quality policies and procedures to align with regulatory requirements and best practices. Support the review and verification of labeling and co-packing processes to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. Ensure monitoring of safety requirements at the warehouse and report any related deviations. Ensure monitoring of temperature and humidity at the warehouse and report any related deviations. Ensure compliance with quality standards in inbound and outbound operations within warehouses. Experience and Qualifications Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably within a warehouse or logistics environment. A strong understanding of SFDA regulations and quality management systems is essential for this role.
