Dhofar Global WE'RE HIRING JOB OPENING Customer Relations Executive Oman KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain & update client information in the CRM system for accuracy & reliability Support the sales team by preparing quotations & ensuring timely system updates Follow up with clients on outstanding payments, aligned with collections KPIs Resolve client issues & concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction & retention Communicate order updates, payment status & other client inquiries Coordinate with Finance on collections & invoicing discrepancies Prepare reports on CRM activity, collections progress & client interactions PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS Strong communication & interpersonal skills Proficiency in CRM systems & Microsoft Office applications Ability to prioritize tasks & meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities Knowledge of sales & collections processes WHAT WE OFFER - •Stable Company - •Growth Path - •Regional Exposure - •Supportive Team QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field 1–2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably sales support or collections Background in trading companies or administration preferred APPLY NOW — SEND YOUR CV TO [contact removed]
