Job Description: Purchase & Barcode/Odoo Assistant

We are looking for a Purchase & Barcode/Odoo Assistant to support our purchasing and inventory operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using Odoo ERP, handling purchase-related tasks, and managing barcode printing and product information. Key Responsibilities Create and manage purchase orders in Odoo. Enter and update supplier and product information. Print and manage product barcodes and labels. Ensure barcodes are accurate and properly assigned to products. Support receiving and checking purchased goods. Update inventory and product quantities in Odoo. Coordinate with suppliers regarding purchase orders and deliveries. Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records. Assist the warehouse and purchasing teams with daily Odoo transactions. Identify and report discrepancies in products, quantities, prices, or barcodes. Requirements Previous experience in purchasing, inventory, warehouse, or data entry. Experience with Odoo ERP is preferred. Basic knowledge of barcode systems and barcode printers. Good computer skills, especially Excel and ERP systems. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Candidate Candidates with Odoo experience, purchasing experience, and barcode/inventory management experience will have an advantage.
