Key Activities Learn culture and employee engagement programs aligned with SPPC's strategy to enhance satisfaction, motivation, and overall performance. Learn to prepare progress reports and performance analyses, understand areas for improvement, and propose actionable solutions. Learn to foster a culture of positivity, equality, and inclusivity through change management strategies and initiatives to retain diverse talent and improve employee retention and experience. Qualifications and Experience 0-1 year of experience. Motivated and detail-oriented individual. Interest in developing practical skills in Culture, Employee Engagement, and Employee Experience.
